Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of default-studio.com and any work you hire Default Studio to do. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. We may update them from time to time; the date above shows the current version.

Services

We offer product design, branding, website design, and no-code development, either as a one-time project or as an ongoing Design Partner engagement. The scope, price, and timeline of each engagement are agreed before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may add time or cost, which we’ll confirm with you first.

Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers. One-time projects usually require payment up front. Design Partner engagements are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled at any time. Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started; if something goes wrong, talk to us and we’ll handle it case by case.

Revisions

Each engagement includes revisions as agreed. Revisions refine the agreed direction; they don’t cover full redesigns or new concepts. On a Design Partner engagement, revisions are part of the ongoing work.

Your part

You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals on time. We’re not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or third parties.

Ownership

Once a project is complete and paid in full, you own the final deliverables, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Working files, drafts, and unused concepts stay with us. We may show completed work in our portfolio, unless we’ve agreed to keep it confidential.

Third-party tools

We rely on tools such as Figma, Framer, Stripe, and Cal.com. We’re not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, or limitations.

Availability

We work to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or work with every device.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
